Huéspedes en la piel: un caso de delirio de infestación
Resumen
El presente documento contiene un estudio de caso referente al delirio parasitario o como actualmente se denomina delirio de infestación. Este trabajo tiene por objetivo Dar a conocer la importancia de esta patología que es infradiagnosticada en nuestro medio, mediante la presentación de un caso clínico que es de gran interés para varias disciplinas médicas. Para ello, se analizará un caso particular que, por razones legales, no se expondrá la identidad de la paciente. Finalmente, se establecerán conclusiones.
