Seguridad y Eficacia del uso de Hilos Tensores Faciales. Una Revisión de la Literatura
Resumen
Cosmetic medicine innovates every day with new treatments, preferably minimally invasive, such as the use of tension threads, mostly made of polydioxin, offering resistance, economy and easy location in the market. However, it is crucial to consider and openly discuss with the patient the possible adverse effects and complications such as: edema, allergic reactions, infections and aesthetic irregularities, to ensure informed decisions and satisfactory results. Before using any aesthetic technique, an individualized evaluation of the face, the patient's goals and expectations, and post-intervention care must be carried out.
