Análisis de la Metodología de Design Thinking en la Intervención Comunitaria del Trabajador Social
Resumen
El Design Thinking, como metodología innovadora, ofrece un enfoque centrado en el usuario que permite a los trabajadores sociales desarrollar intervenciones comunitarias más efectivas. Este análisis explora su aplicación en contextos de trabajo social, destacando su potencial para abordar desafíos complejos como la pobreza, la exclusión social y la violencia en comunidades vulnerables. A través de sus etapas de empatizar, definir, idear, prototipar y evaluar, el Design Thinking facilita la creación de soluciones inclusivas y adaptadas a las necesidades de las personas, promoviendo la participación activa de la comunidad. Sin embargo, se identifican barreras como la falta de formación en este enfoque y la resistencia al cambio dentro de las estructuras tradicionales del trabajo social. La revisión sugiere que la integración de Design Thinking en la práctica del trabajo social podría mejorar la eficacia de las intervenciones comunitarias, fomentando la colaboración interdisciplinaria y el empoderamiento de los usuarios para fortalecer su resiliencia y autonomía.
