¿Dónde está América Latina? Gobierno Corporativo y Finanzas: Mapeo Bibliométrico Global en Scopus y Brecha Regional
Resumen
El presente estudio realiza un mapeo bibliométrico de la producción científica indexada en Scopus, sobre la relación entre gobierno corporativo y finanzas (2018 - 2025), identificando actores, fuentes, redes de colaboración, temas/clústeres y su evolución temporal. Se aplicaron criterios PRISMA 2020 para la selección del corpus (n = 297), y se utilizaron Bibliometrix y VOSviewer para el análisis de desempeño, coautorías (SCP/MCP), coocurrencias y mapa temático. Los resultados evidencian un crecimiento sostenido de publicaciones entre 2018 y 2024, seguido de datos parciales en 2025. La producción está fuertemente concentrada en Asia con polos en Indonesia y Malasia, mientras que Reino Unido y Estados Unidos operan como centros de colaboración internacional (MCP). La difusión ocurre, principalmente, en revistas Q2 y Q3 de acceso abierto, con presencia selectiva de Q1. El conjunto de artículos más citados configura tres líneas maestras: i) el efecto gobierno corporativo y desempeño, valor bajo presiones ambientales, sociales y de gobernanzas con la responsabilidad social corporativa y los marcos institucionales, ii) los mecanismos contables y diseño del directorio como canales y moderadores, y iii) los contextos comparados (Europa y Asia) que incorporan choques (COVID-19) y configuraciones de propiedad. En contraste, América Latina exhibe bajo volumen y predominio SCP, con escasa internacionalización y limitada evidencia contextual.
