Aplicación de la metodología Design Thinking en la comunicación efectiva: un enfoque centrado en los estudiantes.
Resumen
En el contexto peruano y latinoamericano, este artículo de revisión descriptiva examina el uso de la metodología Design Thinking (DT) con el objetivo de mejorar las habilidades comunicativas de los alumnos de educación secundaria. Se detectaron tendencias y pruebas empíricas que demuestran cómo el DT afecta positivamente la mejora de las capacidades comunicativas, tanto orales como escritas, por medio de la empatía, el trabajo en equipo y la solución creativa de problemas. Esto fue a través del análisis sistemático de 56 documentos entre 2015 y 2025. Se revisan investigaciones de México, Perú, Colombia y Chile que concuerdan en que el DT fomenta una comunicación que es reflexiva, colaborativa y significativa, lo cual está alineado con las perspectivas constructivistas del aprendizaje. Se determina que la puesta en marcha del DT colabora para mejorar las habilidades de comunicación de los alumnos y está de acuerdo con los lineamientos del Currículo Nacional de Educación Básica peruano. Además, se reconocen retos en relación con la formación de los profesores y la disponibilidad de recursos.
