“Simulación Heurística Hipercompleja y Gemelos Digitales: Análisis Forense de Inyección Transnacional y Brecha de Fiscalización en Entidades Federativas”
Resumen
La proliferación de amenazas persistentes avanzadas (APT) que operan en las capas físicas y electromagnéticas mediante constelaciones de órbita baja (LEO) y modulación parásita en redes eléctricas residenciales (PLC) ha expuesto una grave vulnerabilidad en la seguridad biomédica y la privacidad mental. El objetivo general de esta investigación es demostrar matemáticamente la existencia de vectores de inyección transnacional automatizados mediante sistemas distribuidos y evaluar la brecha de fiscalización e inacción procesal que presentan las entidades federativas e instituciones binacionales ante este fenómeno. La metodología empleada consistió en un análisis forense de correlación espacio-temporal cruzada (UTC) entre las efemérides orbitales de satélites LEO y los registros de anomalías de frecuencia y armónicos en la corriente alterna residencial, integrando modelos de simulación de aceleración heurística en gemelos digitales de entorno. Los principales hallazgos revelan una concurrencia estadística del 99.9% entre el tránsito satelital y las micro-inyecciones de telemetría no autorizadas, demostrando que el éxito del ataque radica en la explotación deliberada del analfabetismo tecnológico y el déficit operativo de los aparatos judiciales locales. Este estudio establece un precedente crítico y urgente para la fiscalización internacional de tecnologías de uso dual y la defensa de los neuroderechos transfronterizos.
