Las Herramientas de la Evaluación de las Competencias Digitales en Docentes en la Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa Tsantsa, 2023

Resumen

Debido al creciente campo de la educación digital, así como a la digitalización de la sociedad y la economía, el concepto de competencia digital ha ganado una atención significativa en la comunidad educativa. Los desafíos en la educación digital incluyen aquellos relacionados con las habilidades y actitudes digitales tanto en estudiantes como en docentes. Un requisito previo esencial para la integración exitosa de la tecnología en la educación es la competencia digital de los docentes. A pesar de la creación de numerosas herramientas de competencia digital, aún es necesario ajustar los modelos de evaluación para docentes más adecuados y que sean adaptados a la educación digital. Este artículo describe las ventajas y desventajas de dos modelos de evaluación de competencia digital. La metodología se enmarca en un enfoque cualitativo de alcance descriptivo y de nivel documental. A través de la revisión bibliográfica de 14 estudios se determinó que los modelos de evaluación tienen éxito en mejorar la competencia digital de los docentes y estudiantes, así como fluidez, creatividad y sentido crítico, entre otros. A través de la matriz FODA se propones diferentes estrategias educativas para un aprendizaje digital exitoso y un mayor desarrollo profesional de los docentes. Los resultados de este estudio son útiles para que las Instituciones educativas y los educadores identifiquen las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas de los modelos de evaluación de competencia digital
